Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout the process. We work with Royal Mail to provide reliable delivery throughout the UK and to destinations worldwide.
UK Delivery

✔ FREE UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £80
✔ Typical delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 working days
Orders under £80 will be charged at the appropriate delivery rate during checkout.
International Delivery
We ship to many countries worldwide using Royal Mail International services.
Typical delivery times are:
- Europe: approximately 7–14 working days
- Rest of the World: delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs charges imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any associated costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days.
As we stock products from a variety of specialist suppliers and makers, some items are ordered specifically for you once your order has been placed. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise on current availability.
Made-to-Order & Supplier Updates
Ortak Jewellery
Current dispatch time: Approximately 10 working days.
All Ortak jewellery is handcrafted to order, so dispatch times may increase during busy periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas. During the festive season, please allow 4–6 weeks for dispatch.
Ortak will notify us each year of their final Christmas ordering date. This deadline is typically during October and is the last date we can guarantee delivery before Christmas. Once the official date has been confirmed, it will be published on this page.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing Christmas orders as early as possible.
Sea Gems
Sea Gems products are ordered from the manufacturer once your order has been placed. Orders are usually collated weekly, so please allow approximately 7 working days for dispatch.
Missing Deliveries
Royal Mail considers a parcel to be lost after:
- 14 working days for UK deliveries
- 25 working days for international deliveries
If your order has not arrived after these timeframes, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate the delivery for you.
