UK Delivery

• Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or another appropriate delivery service.
• Delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Free UK delivery on orders over £80.

International Delivery

• International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail International services.
• Delivery is usually 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Customers are responsible for any local import VAT, customs duties or other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Dispatch Times

Not all products are held in stock and some items are ordered specially from our suppliers. Standard items are normally dispatched within 5 working days.

Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items

• Ortak Jewellery: Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2026, please order by 31st October 2026 12 noon. Please contact us before ordering after this date if Christmas delivery is required.
• Sea Gems: Ordered regularly from our supplier; please allow approximately 7 working days for dispatch.

If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we can check availability and the expected dispatch date.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, please contact us to arrange a return.

• For eligible purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• After notifying us of your cancellation, please return the goods within 14 days.
• Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
• Personalised or genuinely made-to-order goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
• For international returns, any customs duties, taxes or other charges incurred in returning the goods may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
