UK Delivery
• Sent via Royal Mail 48
• Usually arrives 1–3 working days after dispatch
• Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £80

International Delivery
• Sent via Royal Mail International Airmail
• Delivery time usually 7–14 days, varies by country
• Important: Following Brexit, EU orders may incur local VAT and customs charges payable before delivery. Refused orders returned to us will have all charges deducted from any refund.

Royal Mail considers parcels lost after:
• 14 working days (UK)
• 25 working days (International)

If your order hasn’t arrived after these times, please contact us.

Dispatch Times

Not all items are held in stock and some are ordered in. Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of standard items.

Made-to-Order Items:
• Ortak Jewellery: Currently 4–6 weeks due to factory delays (as of 19.05.2024)
• Sea Gems: Ordered weekly; allow 7 working days for dispatch

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied:

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excludes custom or made-to-order items unless faulty).
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• For international orders, any customs charges, taxes, or fees incurred due to returns will be deducted from refunds.
